| Artwork Requirements |

For the O&A News:
Artwork may be submitted as a photo
negative, an electronic file or as
camera–ready artwork.
Film:
Photo negatives must be 100 line
screen, right–reading, emulsion
side. Artwork should fit inside the
size of your ad. (For example: if you
choose a 5" x 8",
quarter–page ad, your artwork
must fit within a box that is 5 inches
wide by 8 inches tall.) Black and white
ads require only one piece of film.
Separations and a colorguide are
required for advertisements with
color.
Electronic:
Electronic artwork must be submitted
in Pagemaker, Photoshop, Illustrator
EPS, or CorelDraw EPS formats for the
Macintosh. Please provide all graphics
in the .TIFF or .EPS file formats.
Submit artwork on a Zip disk or CD-R
and include all text, graphics and
fonts.
Camera–ready artwork:
Camera–ready artwork must be
printed on a laserprinter at 600 dpi,
minimum. Line art (black and white, no
gray) must be printed on a laserprinter
at 1,200 dpi, minimum. Please
note: Camera–ready artwork
must be black and white. We cannot
accept color camera–ready
artwork
For the Automotive Booster
Magazine:
Artwork must be submitted as an
electronic file. Please see
requirements above.

| Rate Policies |
| If, as, and
when new rates are announced, contract
advertisers will be protected at their
contract rates for 90 days after the
effective date of the new rate. Orders
beyond three months will be accepted at
rates prevailing. Advertisers will be
short-rated if, within a 12-month period
from the date of the first insertion, they
do not use the amount of space upon which
their billings have been based. Advertisers
will be rebated if, within a 12 month period
from the date of first insertion, they have
used sufficient additional space to warrant
a lower rate than that at which they had
been billed. |

Terms are net 30 with a 10% late fee
per month on past due invoices.
Agency discounts will be disallowed on
past due invoices. Cancellation within
five days of printing carries a 50%
charge of the total ad cost.
Cancellation of contracts for special
position carries a 20% penalty on all
unused insertions.
